We are thrilled to introduce The N'Amazing Race: Pose and Plunge Adventure, a collaboration between Bodhi & Sol, Hot Yoga Deland, Loosen Up Deland, and Yoga Shed! Get ready to embark on an exciting wellness journey throughout the month of August. Here’s how you can participate:

Pick Up Your Card: Starting from August 1st, grab a participation card from any of the partnering businesses.

Complete the Challenge:

- Attend a yoga class at Bodhi & Sol

- Attend a yoga class at Hot Yoga Deland

- Attend a yoga class at Yoga Shed

- Take a cold plunge at Loosen Up Deland

Get Your Card Signed; After each yoga class and cold plunge, make sure to have your card signed or stamped by the respective business.

Submit Your Completed Card; Once you have attended yoga classes at Bodhi & Sol, Hot Yoga Deland, and The Yoga Shed, and taken a cold plunge at Loosen Up Deland, fill out your information on the card.

Return the Card; Return your completed card to any of the participating businesses by August 31st, 2024, to be entered into our exciting raffle!

Important Details:

Duration: The challenge runs throughout the entire month of August 2024. It starts on August 1, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2024.

Prize: Participants who complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle with a chance to win exciting prizes.
