From the moment the class began, it was clear that Rock n' Flow Inferno was not your typical yoga session. As the temperature in the studio rose, so did the intensity of our practice. The 90-minute session was designed to challenge participants with a series of dynamic postures that flowed seamlessly into one another. We started with a series of energizing sun salutations, warming up the body and preparing for the powerful sequences ahead.
