Ayurvedic Healthy Lifestyle Workshop Series


Workshop Series Schedule: 

  • Class 1 - Saturday, October 8th 2pm-4pm: Intro to Ayurveda, Dosha Quiz, + Intro to  Aromatherapy & Oils

  • Class 2 - Sunday, October 9th 2-4pm: Ayurvedic Digestion + Seasonal Foods & Herbs 

  • Class 3 - Saturday November 19th 2-4pm: Ayurvedic Sleep Health + Oils for Sleep & Stress 

  • Class 4 - Sunday, November 20th 2-4pm: Ayurvedic Lifestyle (Daily Habits, Physical Mobility, Reduce Toxicity at Home) + Emotional Aromatherapy 

Investment: $150 total per person 

Description: In this 4-part workshop series, you will learn about Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine), Aromatherapy, and how to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle for natural wellness. Topics include: Introduction to Ayurveda, Dosha Quiz, Digestion Health, Seasonal Foods & Herbs, Daily Habits, Ayurvedic Aromatherapy and Essential Oils. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic health system and way of living to help individuals achieve balanced health. Ayurveda originated in India and has been practiced for over 5,000 years around the world. Plant oils are natural compounds found in flowers, seeds, stems, bark and other parts of plants. They have been used for a variety of health and wellness applications throughout history across many ancient cultures, including Ayurveda.



Additional Details: The following handouts will be provided to each participant during the workshop series: What is Ayurveda, Dosha Quiz, What is Aromatherapy & Essential Oils, Daily Habits Checklist. Attendees will also receive a complementary initial wellness consultation to schedule after the workshop.





About the Teacher: 

Juliana Salazar, founder of Viva Naturally, is a Certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and Business Mentor. One of her life missions is educating and helping individuals live a natural healthy lifestyle. Some of the wellness specialties include digestion health, cleansing, sleep, fatigue, emotions, stress management, and holistic skincare.

Juliana studied Ayurveda at Kerala Ayurveda International Academy and New World Ayurveda School. She received her Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice School, and has completed several other wellness certifications in the last decade. Juliana also has Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Sciences.

Intro to Ha∞tha lead by Breanna Brown

FOR THE WEEKEND WARRIOR!!!!

This 2 day event is an opportunity to not only practice, but experience what true balance feels like mentally and physically. We will begin our day with a heated practice followed by yoga drills inspired to remind you of your strength and power. As the dawn comes, we will head into a non heated practice followed by the therapeutic healing energy of sound bowls.

We are only as productive as we are rested.


ABOUT THE INTRUCTOR

Breanna is a traveling Bikram Yoga & 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Currently ranked 2nd in FL for USA Yoga Sports Federation. She has completed 6 Jedi Fight Club Trainings and has attended 5 e84 Yoga trainings. She has been teaching since 2014 all over the world in more than 20 countries and practicing for over a decade.

Intermediate class 7:15am

Yoga Drills: 12:00pm-3:00pm

Yin Yoga: 5:00pm

Sound Bowls: 6:15pm-7:45pm

Sunday:

Advanced Class 6:30am

PRICING

For this even to take place a minimum of 5 people must be signed up for this event by May 22nd, 2021

Full refunds are available up until May 15th, following that date any registration funds can be used towards a future event with Breanna. In the circumstance in which the event is canceled all registrations will be fully refunded.

Jedi Fight Club

Take your practice to the next level!

Jedi Fight Club developed alongside the yoga asana championships that were introduced into the USA in 2003. While preparing for yoga competitions, several students of Mary Jarvis began to dedicate themselves to extended hours of training. Caught up in the fun and excitement of yoga exploration, I began to sustain a yoga routine of 7 or more hours a day for weeks and even months at a time.

Mary Jarvis created the concept of complementing a daily yoga practice with ‘homework’ while healing herself from a serious car accident. Her discoveries provided the foundation of Jedi fight Club style training.

Today JFC has evolved beyond the competitor training model and is now open to all yogis who are interested in developing as a yogi. At JFC we love to work hard, but we also like to keep it light-hearted and fun. One way we do that is by looking for the most ideal venues. Often we look for great travel destinations, but most importantly we want to provide all of the support you’ll need while doing an intensive training like daily green juice, super-food smoothies, access to nutritious and yummy food, a beach or a nice place to swim, and an open-minded studio environment that supports individuals to grow and expand.

New Year's Day - 108 Sun Saluations

JOIN US ON NEW YEARS’S DAY!!!!!

The 108 Sun Salutations class is a guided meditative asana practice. This powerful, detoxifying, energizing and invigorating experience consists of 108 rounds of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). The series will challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows. It’s a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity, clear negative energies all while moving through personal obstacles in order to set your intentions and goals for the New Year.
